Life is heavy sometimes. We carry burdens of pain, loss, guilt, stress, or just the weight of trying to hold everything together. But in Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus gives us an invitation: “Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” He doesn’t just offer us comfort — He offers us an exchange.

In this message, you’ll hear the story of how Jesus met Josh in the middle of deep hurt, grief, and anger, and turned those burdens into blessings. This is the same invitation He extends to each of us: to lay down what we can’t carry and receive His life, His peace, and His love in return.

But the truth is that stillness isn’t laziness. It’s surrender. It’s trading our endless striving for the deep security of knowing God. It’s choosing to anchor ourselves in His unshakable presence when everything around us feels uncertain.

So many of us live like salvation is something we need to work for — like if we do enough, serve enough, or get it all right, then we’ll be accepted by God. But this week’s message from Ephesians 2:8–10 flips that upside down.

The truth? You are saved by grace, through faith — not by works. It’s a gift. Not a paycheck. Not a reward. Just grace.

In this message, we explore how easy it is to stumble over that truth — just like the Israelites did. Instead of trusting in God’s grace, they tried to earn their way into His love. But that kind of striving leads to burnout, not breakthrough. Jesus isn’t a barrier in your way — He’s the rock you can stand on. And when you stand in His grace, everything changes.
